Had a lovely stay the staff was brilliant it was nice a clean had a great stay would definitely come back again
After travelling north to south i was making the long journey back from Uxbridge to Edinburgh and i just needed to get my head down somwhere until the morning, the consort hotel is perfectly situated just off the motorway I paid £42 and another £3 for parking i booked 15mins before arriving and stayed in room 202. I didn't read a single review as I just needed to be in somewhere quick. Positives where first of all the really lovely guy on reception nothing was too much trouble for him and the lady when i left was kind too, also the room was huge it had a really comfy bed which I slept great in, it looked out onto the road but I didn't hear a single bit of traffic so the double glazing was fab the bath was lovely and hot which all made my stay worthwhile. The downsides are everything's a bit rundown as you can see in other peoples pictures the shower was rubbish which a new head would of been an easy fix to make aswell as an inexpensive upgrade on the pillows too, however I couldn't find a single fault with the cleanliness my sheets where immaculate as you'd expect and the bathroom was sparkling even though it was marked in places the only thing that I could spot was a couple of cobwebs on the bedroom ceiling but I've been a housekeeper myself and you don't tend to look up when you have several rooms to clean. There were people making a racket a couple of doors along on the landing but it lasted no more than ten minutes thank god! seeing as though I now know the hotel gets used for people in crisis which i honestly commend, I would of maybe asked for a number to be connected to somebody at reception any time I needed them because if it got out of hand your kind of then stuck in your room. For my purpose of use i would stay here again aslong as I had contact number for reception.

Stayed here with my partner for 2 nights and we had a lovely stay. Receptionist was very welcoming and she couldn't do enough for us. Breakfast was lovely, the young lady serving us was polite and cooked us a very nice breakfast There was Plenty of juice, tea and coffee and continental breakfast available. We stayed in room 209 it was very spacious and clean. The housekeepers were polite and friendly and did give us extra tea and coffee when we asked. Its in a great location not far from the motorway. I would recommend this hotel and i will be back.
The staff went above n beyond to ensure our comfort , efficient, friendly n welcoming staff ... spotless rooms with modern amenities ..the room was cosy ,quiet and perfectly clean... definitely be come back in future
Was put here by council with my two young girls aged 7/9 was expecting the worst as It's getting a bad rap as a homeless hotel... I'm homeless rn, place is well kept, very clean, staff was super friendly, AC was working in the room... Hot water , clean white bedding.. no funky smells .. everything worked and was present and then some. Was warm with fresh towels, and had everything we need. Even the TV had all the channels working. Room had a kettle with all items to make a brew or coffee, working hair dryer and nice new night lights that can be soft light or bright white. No it's not fresh fitted with all new fittings... However it's clean and well kept, I'd certainly stop again and was more than happy for my children to stay there ... Yeah it's used as a homeless hotel but it's not like folk make out, I've stopped in room that cost over 500per night and rooms at 40per night and I was more than happy with the standard and staff. So as a honest review in times that I was genuinely in need I give the place a 10/10 and can't thank the staff and hospitality I was welcomed with xx
Stayed there on halloween and it was the best ever stay, Staff was very wellcome and rooms were very big and cozy. Had great time at hotel’s bar and breakfast was also good. Will definitely come again
I had a lovely stay, the venue is beautiful and a great size for events, the staff are amazing and very friendly, the room was a good size, with condiments thats a great touch, I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely recommend nothing is too much trouble,
